Born in Brooklyn, New York, Dr. Lanfranchi’s family moved to New Jersey when he was 10 years old. His academic journey began at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ, where he earned a biology degree with honors. He continued his academic excellence by graduating in the top 10% of his class at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) – School of Osteopathic Medicine.

Upon fulfilling the requirements for his medical degree and a year-long internship with UMDNJ, Dr. Lanfranchi traveled across the river to Philadelphia, where he completed his General Surgery internship at Temple University/Northeastern Hospital. He then returned to UMDNJ for four years of formal training in Facial Plastic Surgery, Otolaryngology, and Head and Neck Surgery.

For nearly 20 years, Dr. Lanfranchi has firmly established himself as “the gold standard” in surgical facial rejuvenation in Las Vegas. His emphasis on “natural” and subtly translates to results that are unequivocally timeless in any decade, and at any age.

Never chasing the hottest trends or fads, Dr. Lanfranchi instead consistently adheres to his mantra of creating youth and rejuvenation through respecting the patient’s anatomy, age, and desires. This philosophy is what truly sets his practice apart from others, and makes him a true artist.

Dr. Lanfranchi has lived in Henderson since 2006. When he is not at the Center, he loves spending time with his three children, staying healthy through nutrition and exercise, attending concerts, and rooting on the Golden Knights and Raiders.

Why choose The Lanfranchi Center for my facial rejuvenation?

Dr. Lanfranchi and Team TLC have been exclusively performing facial rejuvenation procedures since 2006 here in Las Vegas. Unlike most general plastic surgeons, we specialize and focus on only one particular area of the body: the face! We do not perform breast augmentations, tummy tucks, body liposuction, etc. Since we have been able to refine this facial sub-specialization for years, we have mastered the experience, delivery, and outcome for our patients. Our passion and expertise is second to none in the Valley – we genuinely believe that we can deliver the highest quality of care (and results!) imaginable to each and every one of our patients.

What are the advantages of local anesthesia with oral sedation?

The vast majority of our patients state that their rejuvenation day was easier than going to the dentist for a dental procedure. Prior to your procedure, you will be given an oral sedative to relax you and take away any anxiety. The most significant advantage to this approach is its safety. By not using dangerous deeper sedation (via an IV or general anesthesia), your body is not unnecessarily stressed and put at risk for systemic complications. This allows us to treat patients of any age and even most of those with moderate medical history (smoking, high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes). Your safety is never compromised and is always our number one concern. Nearly all of our patients state afterward that their experience was easier than they had anticipated.

How long will my results last?

Many factors such as genetics, sun exposure, smoking diet, and weight loss/gain can influence how long a particular procedure lasts. Cosmetic procedures can only “turn back the hands of time”, but they cannot prevent the aging process from occurring and continuing. For some procedures, we offer continuing maintenance treatments (medical-grade skin care program and/or mild skin resurfacing) to complement your procedure and help make your results last even longer.

Will I still look like ‘me’ after my procedure?

After the healing period, the majority of patients say that they look like a younger and refreshed version of themselves. We have never had a patient state that they did not look like themselves, or looked “plastic” after having our procedures. Patients typically receive compliments such as, “you look well rested”, “did you lose some weight?”, or “did you just return from a relaxing vacation?” Nearly all of our patients state afterwards that their experience was easier than they had anticipated.

What is the recovery period after my procedure? When can I go back to work?

The recovery time certainly varies based on the patient and the procedure(s) performed. Minor procedures, such as an upper blepharoplasty (upper eyelid lift) can have a downtime of only 2-3 days. Other procedures can have downtime of 5-10 days. Surprisingly, having multiple procedures on the same day does not necessarily increase your overall downtime. Patients who work at a desk job typically return to work faster than those who are in the public eye or perform heavy manual labor.

Are there financing options for funding my procedure(s)?

Yes! LC offers third-party financing through Alphaeon Credit® and Care Credit”, along with accepting all major credit cards.

Do men have these procedures?

20-25% of our patients are men. It has become very common for men of all walks of life to seek facial rejuvenation such as a lower facelift/neck lift or blepharoplasty (eye lift).

Our Before & After Gallery

Dr. Lanfranchi and Team TLC do not believe in a “one size fits all” approach when it comes to facial surgery. We can only achieve fantastic results by truly listening to our patients and creating a partnership in which we are working together to create safe, effective, and natural-looking results.
