James Carattini
Senior Aesthetic Consultant
Working with Dr. Lanfranchi since 2020, James brings a patient-centered approach to every consultation. He is deeply committed to understanding each prospective patient’s goals, ensuring they feel properly educated, comfortable, and confident throughout their journey.
He proudly served 6 years in the Nebraska Army National Guard which instilled values of discipline, integrity, and service. James’ background also includes experience in the pharmaceutical industry, strengthening his understanding of patient care and the practice of medicine.
Outside of T.L.C., he is a dedicated husband and father of two enjoying spending quality time with his family, playing golf, and travelling to visit loved ones whenever possible.
Joaquin Pedrazzoli
Aesthetic Consultant
Joaquin has been working alongside Dr. Lanfranchi since 2023, bringing a strong foundation in business gained through his studies and upbringing in Argentina. With 11 years of experience living in the United States, he offers a well-rounded perspective shaped by both international and local experiences. He is fluent in Spanish, English, and Italian.
Outside of his professional life, Joaquin is an avid golfer who enjoys spending time on any local course. He also has a passion for traveling, values quality time with his family, and making the most of every opportunity to create meaningful memories.
AJ Andrada
Senior Surgical Technician
AJ has worked alongside Dr. Lanfranchi since 2011, bringing over a decade and a half of dedication and hands-on experience to his skillset. Prior to working at T.L.C., he served 10 years in the Army where he developed a strong skill set rooted in discipline, teamwork, and accountability.
On a daily basis, AJ can be found both assisting Dr Lanfranchi in surgery, while also managing the flow of patients and communications between Team TLC and both sections of the Center.
Outside of his dedicated career, AJ is highly active and competitive, enjoying bowling, fishing, and a variety of outdoor activities. He is also a passionate sports fan, proudly supporting the Raiders, Lakers, and Golden Knights.
Deverick Johnson
Surgical Technician
Dev is a lifelong dedicated medical professional with 22 years of honorable military service specializing in ENT (ears/nose/throat) and Facial Plastic Surgery. He brings extensive experience in treating complex conditions, with a strong foundation in patient care developed through years of service.
Working alongside Dr. Lanfranchi since early 2023, Deverick continues to refine his already diverse and expert skillset daily in a less formal non-military setting. Known for his distinctive smooth presence and approachable demeanor, he sets the vibe in the clinical portion of T.L.C.
Outside of the Center, Deverick enjoys shooting pool and watching movies while maintaining a well-rounded and personable lifestyle.
