This young woman presented with the concerns of drooping lower facial tissue and loss of profile. After consultation, we decided to perform a lower facelift along with a chin augmentation. We performed these procedures in our office comfortably under local anesthesia and oral sedation with valium. With the help of her pictures, we can see the amazing improvement in both her profile and overall shape of her lower face. Equally important is how natural her results are. She had significant improvement, yet she still looks like herself, and she is not overstretched or "plastic" appearing. Her recovery time was approximately one week.
