This young woman presented to our Center with the complaint of excessive neck skin and loss of profile. She had weight loss surgery in the past with a loss of over 150 pounds. This "deflation" resulted in her having excessive sagging of the neck and lower face. Under local anesthesia and oral sedation with valium (no IVs used), we performed a neck lift and lower facelift. The procedure time was under two hours. Her result demonstrates a much improved natural profile with a sharpened jawline.
