I had a lower face and neck lift with Dr. Lanfranchi in June 2024 and I’m in love with my results! At age 50 and following a 60 lb weight loss, my neck was in very sad shape. After researching doctors and types of procedures, I felt really good about Dr. Lanfranchi’s experience and track record. Then after meeting him, I realized he is also incredibly intelligent and down to earth. I like that he performs procedures under local anesthesia–it might sound scary, but it’s really a non-issue. I slept through most of the procedure and didn’t feel any pain. Recovery was also pain-free, but you do have to trust the process. What is a TLC Lift™ – Neck Lift & Lower Facelift?
The TLC Lift is a fully customized lower facelift and neck lift procedure (including the SMAS layer and platysma muscle). It dramatically improves sagging jowls, under-chin fullness, drooping neck & lower facial skin, and muscle banding of the neck (if needed). By tightening both the muscles and skin of the neck and jawline, the TLC Lift significantly reduces the appearance of one’s “turkey/chicken neck.” It will also incredibly improve one’s profile and re-establish a youthful jawline and lower half of the face. When deemed beneficial, chin augmentation is often added to further enhance the neckline and profile.
